Finalize site selection, feasibility studies, construction of HIVE prototype and administrative offices, amphitheater, temporary market structures, 12 buildings.

Phase II – June 2015 – May 2016

Complete 32 buildings (for a total of 44), permanent parking, landscaping, paving.

Phase III – June 2016 – May 2017

Completion of inner HIVE structure/studios.
